After checkout, our team uses the design details saved with your order to assemble a finished stretch bracelet. Your order does not arrive as a loose-bead DIY kit.

1. Choose your stones
Browse the available crystal styles and select a bead size before adding each bead.

2. Build your design
Add, remove, and rearrange beads while viewing your bracelet preview.

3. Check the fit
Compare the builder's Fit Wrist estimate with your measured wrist circumference.

4. Place your order
Add the custom bracelet to your cart. The base bracelet and selected bead components may appear as separate cart lines so we can preserve your full design details.

5. We handcraft and ship it
We assemble the finished bracelet according to the configuration saved with your order.

Measure your wrist before ordering

Method 1: Soft measuring tape
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the narrowest part of your wrist. Keep it comfortably close to the skin without pulling it tight. Record the measurement where the tape meets.

Method 2: String or paper strip
Wrap a non-stretch string or narrow paper strip around the narrowest part of your wrist. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the marked length with a ruler.

For the most accurate result:

• Measure your bare wrist, not an existing bracelet.
• Keep the tape or string flat against the skin.
• Do not add extra length before comparing your measurement with the builder.
• If your measurement falls between two displayed fit values, choose the slightly larger design for a more comfortable fit.

Important: The builder's Fit Wrist value is an estimate based on the selected bead sizes and bracelet layout. Natural material variation and hand assembly may create a small difference in the finished fit.

very stone has its own character

Where a product is described as natural stone, the beads will not be perfectly identical. Color, clarity, pattern, and internal texture may vary from the photos and from bead to bead. Other materials may also show small production variations.

You may notice:

• Natural inclusions or mineral threads
• Internal veils or feather-like lines
• Small mineral pockets or dark specks
• Color zoning and tonal variation
• Cloudy areas or translucent sections
• Slight differences in bead diameter, polish, or drill-hole position

These variations are part of the material's individual appearance and help make each bracelet unique. They do not affect normal wear when the bead remains structurally sound.

Cracks that make a bead unstable, major chips, missing beads, incorrect stones, or damage caused during delivery are not treated as normal variation. Contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

Made to order
Each custom bracelet is assembled after your order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Order changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact support@wowuniqgift.com as soon as possible. Once production has started, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Shipping
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International orders may require additional customs processing time.

Problems with your order
If your bracelet arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, email us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Custom returns
Because each bracelet is made according to the customer's selected design and fit, change-of-mind returns may be limited. This does not affect support for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.
