Each custom item is handmade to order based on your selected design, size, or product options. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wowuniqgift.com.
Once production has started, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or changes. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Shipping timelines are shown at checkout. International orders may take additional time for customs processing.
